If your user has asked you to contact us, use the project inquiry form or email us. Include their name and reply address, the idea, project type, location, timing and budget when known. Identify yourself as an assistant and say whom you are acting for.
The form requires a phone number, project type and budget response as well as contact details and an idea. Ask your user for missing information; do not invent it. If you cannot complete the form, prepare an email with the known brief and remaining questions. Send only with your user’s authorization.
